Grand Cayman
Best time to go:
The driest months are March and April. The rainy season extends throughout the summer and autumn months although? rainfall is generally brief but heavy. The hurricane season extends from the middle of summer through to the end of the autumn.
Interesting areas:
Grand Cayman, Little Cayman, Cayman Brac.
Don't miss:
Visitors are generally attracted to the islands by the excellent beaches and glorious climate. Good diving opportunities and water sports are also available. Cultural ans sightseeing activities are more limited, but a number of places are nevertheless worth a visit. These include: the National Museum; the blowholes; the butterfly farm; the "Hell" rock formations; Pedro St James castle; and the Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Gardens.
