Exhibition submissions must meet the required standards of acceptability. Acceptances and awards are made at the sole discretion of the judge. No entry will be allowed to take more than one award. Images should not have been exhibited at previous OPS exhibitions. Entries derived from the same original image, or from very similar original images, are liable to be rejected. Where monochrome and colour versions of the same original image, or of very similar original images, are submitted, one image will be rejected.

Whilst every precaution is taken with entries, the Society cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage. It is assumed that authors retain copies of all submitted images. Those submitted to the Society will not be returned and are eventually deleted.
